“ 丸源ラーメン諫早店でランチに訪問しました。人気の「肉そば」は、醤油ベースのスープに甘みと旨みがバランスよく効いていて、脂っこすぎず最後まで美味しくいただけました。薄切りの豚肉がたっぷり乗っていて食べ応えもあります。麺は少し柔らかめでしたが、スープとの相性は◎ 店内は明るくて清潔感があり、カウンター・テーブル・座敷と席の種類も多く、家族連れや一人でも入りやすい雰囲気です。BGMや照明も落ち着いていて、食事中もゆったり過ごせました！ スタッフの接客も丁寧で、笑顔で案内してくれたのが印象的。注文もタブレット式でスムーズにでき、提供もスピーディーでした！ お値段はラーメン単品で700円前後、チャーハンや餃子とのセットでも1,000円以内に収まり、コスパは非常に良いと思います！ 味・雰囲気・接客・価格のバランスが良く、また行きたいと思えるお店でした！ ”
“ 黒醤油とんこつラーメンと餃子セットを頼みました。 黒醤油とんこつの味付けは、とんこつの風味あるんだけど、とんこつの臭みなど、一切なくて、とんこつの苦手な人も飲めると思いますよ。 それぐらい美味しいですね。そして、良い具合に黒ラー油がめちゃくちゃ合うんですよ。 一回食べてみる価値あると思いますよ。 餃子もめちゃくちゃ美味しかったですね。 野菜の独特の甘味、しゃきしゃきした食間と肉の風味、脂の甘味が口いっぱいにひろがると同時にごはんをかきこみたくなる味付けですね。 これも食べてみる価値あると思いますよ。 一回行ってみる価値あると思いますけど、時間帯よっては、待たなくてはならないと思いますので、注意した方が良いと思いますよ。 ここの一番のおすすめは、定員さんのサービスですね。 他のお店では、比べ物にならないぐらいにサービス良いですね。 子供が、タブレットを落として、テーブルを汚した時にすぐにキッチンペーパーを持って来てくれたり、水が無くなりそうな時は、水を取り換えたりして､サービスがいきどいているなぁと良い印象しかないですね。 一回行って、サービス、お店の雰囲気、食事を体験した方が良いと思いますよ。 ”
“ 肉そばチャーハンセットをいただきました〜 ＴＶで見て期待しすぎた感じ、普通でした （ＴＶでは「マニュアル通りに作れば誰でも美味しく作れる」と言っていました） チャーハンは店員さんが卵を鉄板に流し込んでくれますが準備できてないのに流し込まれ「卵が固まらないうちにかき混ぜて下さい」とか言われたけど、ご飯がダマになっていたし上手く混ざらなかった。あと鉄板が汚れていたようで卵を流し込んだ時に焦げた黒いかたまりが浮き上がってきていました。 色々と味変できるようになっていたのでラー油だけいれてみました（ＴＶでは「どろだれラー油」が売りだそうです） 店内も駐車場も広々していました 「匠」Tシャツの人はいなかったなぁ〜残念 ”
“ たまに利用させて頂いております 個人的な感想ですが、どことなく屋台風 な感じしていて外からも良く目立つ装飾 ラーメン屋さんですが、店内は清潔で ラーメン屋さん特いうの匂いは控えめです 辛い麺が好きなので辛い系の物をいつも 注文させてもらっています 種類も豊富で期間限定等もあるので、いつも 選ぶのに悩んでしまいます笑 今回は旨辛肉そばを頂きました ニラと粉唐辛子がふんだんに入っていて とてもパンチが効いていました 餃子は肉厚で食べ応えありましたよ また是非利用したいです 補足ですが、 注文はタブレット注文です。会計も自動精算 です。トイレは男女とも各一つずつです。 女性用トイレにはベビーシートがついてる ので子連れでも安心して利用できますよ ”
